Majama Wines Zibbibo, 2026, Hunter Valley, NSW
A highly aromatic variety, our Zibbibo is a delight to the senses. A bold nose of dried Jasmine, Lavender, apricot, lychee, Turkish delight & a touch of sea spray with some spicy undertones of cinnamon, cardamom,  clove & gingernut. On the palate, expect notes of gingernut, marmalade with bright acidity & medium length. A slight skinsy grip owing to 10 days of skin contact. 
Wild yeast fermented, unfined, unfiltered & minimal sulphites. Our fruit is picked by hand in the Hunter Valley & made in our winery at Narrabri NSW.
